Return Policy
We will be closed Feb. 14th - Feb.21st to move. You may still order however, items will not start to ship again until Feb. 23rd. Wholesale orders will be delayed, if you are planning a large order please contact me as soon as possible for turn around time. Thanks so much!!
We know you will love your Bella Posh Pillow . However, in the unlikely event you need to make a return you may do so within 5 days for a refund. Please notify us of your return via email bellaposhpillows@hotmail.com prior to shipment as you will be assigned a return ID number. Packages without this number will not be accepted and returned to sender at their cost.
** A 15% restocking fee will apply to any return with 5 or more items.
Return shipping costs are buyers responsibility and will NOT be reimbursed.Items must be returned unused with ALL packaging, tags etc.Due to the nature of these items, and for sanitary reasons they must be returned sealed (unopened) in the plastic cello.bag they are sent in.Refunds will be issued to customers Paypal account upon return receipt.Refund will NOT include shipping costs. After 7 days all sales are final.
If your item is defective you may return it for a replacement (full refund if item is no longer available)within 7 days.
*Defective=unusable upon receipt.
** We do not accept returns due to scent. We use All natural organic essential oils that are true to scent.Please choose a scent you know and like. If you are unsure get an unscented pack to be safe.
Sale/ discounted /wholesale and custom items are FINAL SALES.
