What are the benefits ?

Try a Bella Posh Spa Pillow to relieve neck & shoulder Pain, backaches, migraines, bursitis,earaches, arthritis, tendonitis, Carpal Tunnel, Fibromyalgia, muscle pain,insomnia, headaches,menstrual cramps, sports injuries & boo-boo's. They are also perfect to warm your bed or chair and since they are wireless ,great to take with you on a cold day,outing or ball game.

How do I use my Spa Pillow ?

Simply heat your Spa Pillow in the microwave for the recommended amount of time (varies with pillow size) and place anywhere you would like to enjoy moist soothing heat. Our Spa pillows are also perfect to keep you toasty warm on a cold night and will stay warm for hours under the covers !If you would like to receive the benefits of a cold pack, place in freezer ( in ziploc bag) for approx. 1 hour and use on sprains, bumps, bruises etc. instead of a messy traditional ice pack.

Why Corn ?

Corn not only retains heat longer it also has a longer lifespan than packs made with flax seed or rice. Flax seed which holds an interior oil (linseed) may over time break down and turn rancid.This is why it is often kept in fridge. Flax seeds also sprout if they get the slightest bit of moisture. Rice,due to its small size,looses its moisture content quickly and tends to burn and let off an unpleasant odor after being microwaved over and over. This is why most rice packs also have a fragrance to "cover up" the rice odor.With proper care corn will NOT dry out nor will it have a bad odor when microwaved.Buckwheat,barley and wheat hulls are extremely dry, do not hold heat well and are a fire hazard in the microwave ! Cherry pits,are another option used to fill these type of packs.While they do hold heat, they are just plain hard , unforgiving and uncomfortable. We have tried it all and natural clean corn is always the tried and true winner!!

Will the corn pop in the microwave ?

NO ! Our Spa Pillows are filled with cleaned whole corn. Whole corn is grown specially as deer/ cattle feed and not as popping corn. Popping corn has a hard shell that when heated causes interior pressure to build and then causes the corn to pop.

Why sectioned ?

Sewing our pillows into the different sections helps the corn to be evenly distributed for even heat.Place an unsectioned pack around your neck , for instance, and you will see all the corn (and heat) falls to the ends . This somewhat defeats the purpose. Having the pack sectioned also keeps the corn more evenly spread out helping to prevent hot spots when microwaved.

Optional removable washable cover ?

This is a no brainer. If it is dirty wash it ! Corn filled packs are not washable you say... well, yeah your right but our covers are! You wouldn't sleep on the same pillow night after night without a pillow case you could wash would you ? I thought not. We have always offered the option of a removable washable cover for your spa pillow.These covers keep your pillow clean and also extend the life of your pillow. Take it off toss it in the wash, simple as that. No more dirty packs! You can purchase the covers separately if you choose so you can have several different fabric options or even a fresh one while one is in the laundry.

Spa Pillow care....

Your Bella Posh Pillow could last for years when treated with care.Do Not over heat or try to wash the pack itself (wash removable covers only).Interior packs or packs without removable covers may be spot cleaned. Our Spa pillows are all natural so every few months microwave for at least 30 seconds to keep it hygienic and be sure it remains free from mildew.
